On April 16, 2025, during the informal meeting of EU equality ministers, Agnieszka Caban – president of the Home of the Borderland Foundation had the honor of presenting the “Roma Shield” report – the world’s first analysis of disinformation targeting the Roma community from a gender perspective.

👉Recommendations for the media that can also provide direction for equality policy makers
🤝 Thank you to Equality Minister Katarzyna Kotula and her team from the department – Magdalena Dropek, Anna Mazurczak, as well as EPSCO Equality Advisor to the Polish Presidency team Katarzyna Szkuta. We were also pleased to see a lot of interest from equality ministers from EU countries in the Q&A section, as well as the presence of Commissioner Hadja Lahbib herself at the event.
